Another found piece of artwork...or found image of artwork. I think this piece was made in 2007 using a wine crate as a canvas.

I found these little wax paper art experiments hidden in some of my files. They are made from bits of paper, string, fabric, letraset and photos. I ironed all of that in between two pieces of wax paper. I also sewed around the edges because the wax paper didn't stick together like I thought it would.

BIRTHDAY ART

This art piece was my amazing birthday present from Kathryn Macnaughton!!!Very late on this post. I think Kathryn found this image in a German riding magazine. "Gluck dieser erde" translates to "luck this earth" in english. Not sure what that means but I LOVE IT! You can buy Kathryn's work on Society 6 and Etsy.

This adorable sticker covered, vintage photo-filled envelope arrived at my door by way of miss Chloe in L.A. For me, it doesn't get much better than hearts, fuzzy animal stickers and vintage photos. Thank you Chloe!!!

Took a little road trip to my cousins cottage and had a blast with the girls creating makeshift outfits from found items around the cottage. For more details check out Beckerman Biteplate! The girls continue to inspire me with their creativity and resourcefulness. They can make anything look like it just came off a runway!

London based designer Minna Hepburn is opening a pop-up shop in Toronto at Gretchen & Co. starting July 10th. I am in love with these dresses! Can't wait to go check it out!
